he mansion of Prince V. Kochubey is a cultural and historical monument as well as an outstanding example of the architectural style “northern modern”. In the beginning of the XXth century this fashionable dwelling was the patrimony of the most famous noble family in Russia, where the life of high society sparkled. The representative of aristocratic elite and creative bohemia visited this mansion.

During the Soviet period the building was hardly damaged, but the residence of Prince Kochubey was restored in the year 2008 through the longstanding efforts of instaurators, fine art experts, painters and architects. All the works were arranged under the patronage of the Government of St.Petersburg namely under the patronage of the Committee of State Control, usage and care of the historical and cultural monuments.

Now the mansion is working as a ceremonial and business complex “Kochubey Club”, where apartments are ready to meet guests again. The five fantastic halls, forming the enfilade, can be used simultaneously all together or each separately. There is a highly- equipped private cinema hall as well. The restaurant and business cafe is situated on the ground floor of the mansion.

Re-created historical interiors, modern technical equipment, haute cuisine, highly qualified personnel make the Kochubey Club the ideal venue to celebrate marriages, jubilees, corporate events as well as for holding press-conferences and business seminars.
